Okay, first off I was amazed that they even had this at my school. We're small...we're conservative. I think it was the school's way of trying to say they were open-minded. Ha! The school was as loud as it always is.
Right...so there was about...hmm...10 people participating-myself included of course. Funny thing...they were all liberals with past boyfriends. So people ignored us, assuming we were just liberals "making a fuss for attention."
Even if I could have said something back, I probably wouldn't. As I have said I'm bi. I've dated guys, and frankly I am not ready to be ostracized because of my sexual orientation. Not just that, but there are hate crimes where I live. There aren't a lot of them, but last year a hmong student was killed because he pissed off a white kid. He was just "walking on white soil." Damn pigheaded....grr. I said I was going to cut back on my swearing.
Anyway...sadly it was a bust. Oh well. At least people were forced to acknowledge it for a day. It is a step. What can I say? I'm an optimist. :)

I am not a total chicken...some of my closer friends know...and are sworn to secrecy...but I live in a place that wouldn't be accepting. We don't have a gay bi alliance thing at our school. The last person I heard about that was gay in my town was in the obituaries for a hate crime homocide *yikes*.
So I am stuck...being forced into compromising situations with the ex of my current love interest in a town that would love to stone me...yay me.

This lovely story begs the question HOW did I burn my stomach? Well...that is a funny story, a painful story but a funny story. I guess you could say I was a tad distracted while cooking. I was paying more attention to things besides nestle tollhouse. Anyway long story short in my "distraction" I end up pushed against a nice hot cookie sheet. Oww!
Sorry I just wanted some sympathy. lol

I was writing part four to my story last night when my computer crashed and erased it. It is amazing how much we rely on technology and how fickle it really is. One second and boom 3 pages and a half an hour of work gone.
No paper trail, it is as if it didn't exist, just a memory that fades in its unimportance. Well I am done being deep, I think I am going to go grab some lunch...although it is 4p.m here lol.
